Yes, they are more expensive, but if you really want to sell you will give yourself the best chance of top price this way.

Traditionally, Agents show buyers around, and that's how we did it for many years also. But Buyers want answers to their questions without waiting for an Agent to refer it to the Seller, and then hopefully get back to them without too much delay.
